Fish are only available to UK customer addresses.
Carriage on fish orders is £20. Orders can be combined with dry goods
to go in the same box.
We cannot send fish by Royal Mail. Our Pet Trade Licence only allows us to
ship on a nominated fish carrier only.

It
is difficult to combine dry goods & fish on the shopping cart as
Paypal will add postage on a value of order.
If you are ordering fish you need to e-mail us with your fish order. This can also include dry goods etc to go in the same box. Easiest way is to copy/paste items onto the e-mail or Word document & attach. Post codes in Scotland etc may cost more to send. Please tell us your address. Mainland only. Carrier does not ship to Ireland. We will get back to you with an invoice & delivery day. Deliveries are by APC Carriers only. Fish are collected Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday ONLY. We will let you know despatch day. Arrival will be next day. It is your responsibility to have someone accept the delivery. Fish are collected from us on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday only. Deliveries to customers are Wednesday, Thursday & Friday only. Dead on Arrival claims must be sent within 12 hours of delivery (or attempted delivery) with a photo of the fish in their shipping bag. |
